Privacy Policy

1. Who this applies to

This policy explains what data Oracle collects and how we use it when you use the bot or the web dashboard.

2. What we collect

• Discord identifiers: your Discord user ID, the server (guild) IDs Oracle is in, and channel/message IDs needed to run features like drops.
• Dashboard login: when you log in with Discord, we receive your username, avatar, and the list of servers you are in (via Discord OAuth, scopes identify and guilds). This is held in your session.
• Game data: your card inventory, points, market listings, trades, set-collection progress, and any suggestions or votes you submit.
• Content created by admins: cards, sets, rarities, and drop configurations, including images you provide.
• Payment records: for premium purchases we store the PayPal order or subscription ID, plan, amount, and (where PayPal provides it) the payer email. We never receive or store your card or bank details — those are handled entirely by PayPal.

3. How we use it

To operate the bot and its features, remember your inventory and points, process and verify premium payments, and provide support. We do not sell your data.

4. Third parties

We rely on Discord (to run the bot and authenticate dashboard logins) and PayPal (to process payments). Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

The dashboard uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as you use Oracle. You can delete all of your personal data at any time from the dashboard (see the Privacy tab on a server page) or by asking us in the support server.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your personal data. The dashboard's "Delete my data" action permanently removes your inventory, points, listings, trades, and suggestions across every server. Guild-owned content (cards and sets created by admins) is not personal data and is not removed by this action.

8. Children

Oracle is intended for Discord users who meet Discord's minimum age requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
