Oracle ("the bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot and web dashboard for creating and playing a custom trading card game inside Discord servers. By adding Oracle to a server, or by using the bot or dashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Oracle lets server administrators create cards, sets, rarities, and drops, and lets members collect, trade, buy, sell, and burn cards for in-server points. Features and limits may change, and free and premium tiers are offered. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Points, cards, and other in-bot items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and exist only within the bot. They may be reset, changed, or removed.
Premium is an optional, per-server upgrade purchased through PayPal. Payments are processed by PayPal under their terms; we never see or store your card details. One-time purchases add a fixed amount of premium time (Lifetime never expires); subscriptions renew until cancelled. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, and the service may be interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, points, or virtual items, arising from your use of the service.
You may stop using Oracle at any time and remove it from your servers. We may suspend or terminate access for any user or server that breaches these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
